Program Description

Telegrafo Rock and Barra da Tijuca beaches panoramic tour. In this tour you will explore a side of Rio that only Cariocas know, walking, swimming and with extraordinary views. Leaving from Zona Sul to Zona Oeste, you will get a panoramic view of these beaches: Barra, Recreio, Prainha and Grumari.

The adventure beginsat the other side of the mountain, the starting point for this hike and will take about 2h50 of views and exploration, including the Telegrafo Lighthouse of approximately 40 minutes. With 354 meters of altitude, you can contemplate all of Rio: Gávea Mountain, Restinga da Marambaia (an incredible sandbank of 42km that extends up until it reaches the ocean), all the beaches saw during the panoramic tour, and with luck on a sunny day you can see from afar the Christ the Redeemer statue! Relax, get inspired and enjoy the natural drawing of Rio while taking the opportunity to take amazing pictures in the most fantastic high point of Zona Oeste. 

The return trip continues towards Grumari Beach where te waters are always tranquil to swim. Take advantage to sunbathe and enjoy the gorgeous views and you will soon understand why it's called a Tropical Paradise.
