A full day of water activities, relaxation and close contact with nature awaits on sunny Cyprus. This experience is perfect for anyone who wants to try water sports while enjoying a calm Mediterranean atmosphere. The program combines learning, movement and rest, offering an ideal balance between activity and relaxation by the sea.
The day begins with a SUP lesson combined with a coastal paddle tour. Stand up paddleboarding is one of the easiest water sports to learn and is suitable even for complete beginners. During a short introductory lesson, participants learn how to kneel and stand up on the board, how to paddle and turn, and how to control the equipment safely. After around 30 minutes, independent paddling becomes possible, allowing full enjoyment of the movement and coastal views. SUP provides a full-body workout, strengthening arms, core and legs, while also helping to relax and clear the mind. Beginners stay close to the shore at all times, and only basic swimming skills are required.
After the morning activity, there is a coffee or juice break with an energy-boosting snack, giving time to rest and recharge before the next part of the day.
The next stage of the program is a surfing lesson, held in calm sea locations ideal for beginners. With its long coastline and many sunny days, Cyprus offers excellent conditions for learning how to surf. The lesson includes theory, safety instructions and practical training in the water. Participants learn about waves and currents, proper paddling techniques, how to stand up on the board and how to ride a wave. Instructors ensure that the first surfing experience is comfortable, safe and enjoyable, while allowing close contact with the sea and nature.
After the lesson, lunch and relaxation time are planned, featuring local products such as watermelon, halloumi cheese, bread, olives and tomatoes. This is the perfect moment to unwind, enjoy the surroundings and soak up the coastal atmosphere.
To end the day, there is an opportunity for surfboard rental, allowing independent practice and more time to develop newly learned surfing skills in the water.
The order of sightseeing and the program may change.
