Program Description
Explore the highlights of central Malta on a full-day excursion combining medieval towns, spectacular scenery and some of the island's most important historical landmarks. This tour is the perfect introduction to Malta's rich cultural heritage.
Your journey begins in Mdina, Malta's former capital, also known as the Silent City. Stroll through its narrow medieval streets lined with historic palaces, Baroque buildings and impressive fortifications, while enjoying panoramic views across the island.
The tour continues to nearby Rabat, where you will visit the early Christian catacombs. Next, you will head to the Dingli Cliffs, the highest cliffs in Malta, offering breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea.
After lunch, you will visit the San Anton Gardens, located beside the Presidential Palace, before continuing to Ta' Qali Crafts Village, where you can discover Malta's traditional handicrafts. The final stop is Mosta Rotunda, famous for its magnificent dome, one of the largest in Europe.
