Program Description

Discover one of the most extraordinary places in Turkey during a trip to Pamukkale and Hierapolis, where nature and history come together in a truly unique way. It’s a perfect choice if you want to see the famous white terraces with your own eyes and experience the atmosphere of an ancient city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Your journey begins with a scenic drive through the Taurus Mountains, where ever-changing landscapes reveal the diversity of Turkish nature. Upon arrival, you will stop at a viewpoint offering a spectacular panorama of the famous travertines – the perfect moment to capture unforgettable photos.

You will then step into the remarkable world of Pamukkale, meaning “cotton castle”. The snow-white terraces, formed by mineral-rich waters, create stunning cascades and natural pools. You will take off your shoes and walk through warm, crystal-clear water, admiring one of the most unique natural wonders in the world.

After exploring the terraces, you will head to the ancient city of Hierapolis, known for its rich Roman and Byzantine history. During a guided walk, you will learn about its most important landmarks and fascinating stories, and later have free time to explore on your own or take a relaxing bath in the historic thermal pool.

During the day, there will also be breaks for breakfast and lunch, as well as a visit to a local textile or leather shop, where you can discover traditional craftsmanship. At the end of the tour, you will return comfortably to your hotel.

The order of the visits and the programme may be subject to change.
